If you don't have it... you are going to have to find it and request it... after of course you provide proof it is really yours.

If you are referring to a retirement account such as an IRA or 401(k) plan, most financial institiutions that manage these accounts do provide on-line access. If you do not have a login you can go to the institution's web page and request one. But if you are referring to a pension plan administered by your employer, you need to ask the HR department whether they have on-line capability and how to access your information.
