You receive a 1098-T from your college or university to document tuition or other expenses that you may be able to claim an education credit on your tax return. They also send a copy to the IRS. You don't need to actually report anything from the 1098-T on your return, but if you claim an education credit this document provides proof to the IRS that you're justified.

You file taxes? If so, report that under Education Credits.

If you are not a dependent you may be able to get education credit. If you are a dependent, your parents may be able to get it.
The credit can be claimed for four post-secondary education years instead of two, and it also adds required course materials to the list of qualifying expenses. The maximum annual credit is $2,500 per student. Use Form 8863 Education Credit.
