If you are involved in a sexual relationship, yes, in some States he can be charged as a sexual predator.

If your parents do not approve he can be charged with parental interference.

As WG said - where?

If I were you, I'd return home and keep your own parents, especially your dad, happy. Are you sexually active?

The legal age of consent is 16 in Indiana, but, if I were you and wanted to have any respect from my stepdad, I'd go home and apologize. He can make big, big trouble for your boyfriend.

Meanwhile, study hard in school. Does your boyfriend plan to go to college or a trade school? Encourage him to do this, so that when you're both in a better place in your life, you can get together again.

yes i am
Is that answer to WonderGirl's question about being sexually active? If so, since the age of consent in Indiana is 16, he could be prosecuted for statutory rape.

Which means he is responsible for you. If you defy him and stay with your boyfriend's family, they could be in trouble for parental interference. They have no right to let you live with them.
