Hello, I'm moving to another country.. to honduras mid June this year.. and I have a home under my name here in south Florida... does anyone know.. what might be the correct procedure for me to move.. and have my parents keep paying for the house.. since they are the ones living there and paying for it... they can't purchase it because they recently lost their home.. so eveything is staying under my name.. maybe if I just add my mom to the deed.. I don't know.. please help me.. I'm new in home mortgage situations

You cannot add a name to a deed without the permisison of the mortgage company. The easiest way to do this is to keep making the mortgage payments, continue to own the house.

Of course, if they don't make a payment or payments YOUR credit report will be affected.

In your case this would be considered a rental. I would suggest that your parents send the payments to you and YOU make the payments to the mortgage company.
