I have a military Crest Craft ring with the symbol KK stamped inside. What does the KK stand for?

I am quite up on my jewellery markings, but KK means nothing to me. Is there any other markings along with the KK? What military branch is the ring and what are the markings on the crest ?

Hi
It's a US Marine Corps ring. It is a solid back ring, heavy, 14.5 grams with the inscription inside , CrestCraft, 1975, KK.
No karat mark
I believe CrestCraft made a lot of class rings and military insignia rings, but I can't find any web site for them. One person scratched the inside and did an acid test with no bubbling, but couldn't determine the metal composition.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Ron

You didn't look hard enough, Old, it was on google:

Military Gifts | Military Branded | Corporate Branded | Recognition | Awards | Crest Craft (http://www.crestcraft.com)

I did find that site, but they do not show any rings nor info on CrestCraft rings. I did find a telephone number for CrestCraft in New Hampshire and called them, leaving a message but have heard nothing yet.

Is it possible that the KK symbol stands for the Crest Craft logo

I don't know, I gave you the website. Does it not explain the KK symbol?
What do you want us to say. I would suggest you e mail them and ask them if the KK symbol belongs to them.
