I have the above test and the count is 10, what does that mean?

The eosinophil count is slightly increased. This is very non-specific. There could be number of reasons for it, the most common being allergic response. Most likely a transient condition, however, not always. Do you have any other symptoms?

Can you explain what units they used for the e-count?
Different units range differently.
