I had the shot on oct 22 2010 and haven't had a period since is that normal?

It can be... did they do a pregnancy test before you had the shot? Did the doctor give you literature to read more about possible effects with depo?

Some women will find depo causes them to have irregular bleeding. At times it may be more frequent bleeding, less bleeding or for some women, periods stop altogether.
It would be a good idea to ask your doctor about it however.
