Just installed the ge 15086 digital timer. Hooked green to ground, white to neutral, red and black to the other two wires (hot and switch). Trying to run just three exterior lights. When breaker is turned back on, lights switch on and off repeatedly. I tried switching the red and black around and the lights won't come on then. What do I do?
