Me and my ex split before I had my daughter he has contacted bt onli because he took me to court even though I was will to give him contacted anyway,but he's nt on the birthcertificate so what rights dose he actuly have as I'm confused on what he rights he has got and hasn't x

Ok first, we type in full words and sentences here. This is not texting. Second, this question has been asked and answered many times in this forum. A little bit of browsing around would have gotten you an answer.

The natural father has the same rights a mother has. The difference is he has to go to court to enforce those rights. He will have to file a petition in Family court to be declared the legal father. He will then file for joint legal custody and visitation rights. Unless you can prove he's a danger to the child he will probably get it.
