I'm having pain on the right upper side of my abdomen

Go to a doctor. There are lots of things it might be, including gallstones, but you would be mad to be asking advice on the internet instead of getting it checked by a proper doctor.

I'm at work and I don't have insurance also my stomach is very bloated I'm prob over reacting

How bad is the pain? If it's bad enough to interfere with your work, then go to a doctor. Paying to visit a GP will be a lot cheaper than an emergency room visit if you ignore something that turns out to be serious.
