OK I had the battery and starter checked after I went to start my truck and just got a single click both are good and after I put them back in the truck started right up so I buttoned everything up and woke up the next day and got the same click let it sit for 2 hours and the damn thing started what the heck could it be

Check both ends of both battery cables. They should be clean and tight.
I'd pay particular attention to the Positive connection at the battery. Between the battery cable, the spacer, the Pos bolt and the battery terminal, something is likely corroded.
Check for any draw on the battery that could pull it down overnight.

I would remove the battery and place it on a charger. I've seen too many inexperienced auto parts store employees do a cursory test of batteries and then pronounce them good. My bet is the battery is bad and needs recharging or replacing. This link may help:

I used my battery tester after they did and it was good and I had it on the charger so I am sure it has a full charge

That's good. This link will help you test your charging system, once you get the truck started:
