Ok. First off I'm 16. In Nevada I know the age of consent is 16. But the other day me and my girlfriend were kissing and the cops pulled us over or somebody called and they questioned us. Her being 15. They started Saying I could be charged with statutory sexual seduction. So when I got home that day I looked up the laws. Now I don't know if these are true but I used these websites.
http://www.lasvegas-diocese.org/documents/APPLICABLE_LAWS_OF_THE_STATE_OF_NEVADA.pdf

From what I've read that I could not be charged with it. Now I'm pretty sure her parents can do something but other than that I did not break any laws. It clearly says. "Statutory Sexual Seduction means. Engaging in Sexual Activity with someone under age 16 while be 18 or older." Also that at age 14 it is Legal to have sex so long as the older is under 18. So there's a 3 yr limit between minors. Are these true? And did the cop say that to maybe scare me?

I believe you are reading it correctly. Here (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/Nrs/NRS-200.html#NRS200Sec364)'s where I find it.

It's interesting that the Nevada legislature somehow didn't find it necessary to define "ordinary sexual intercourse". Or maybe, when it was written, they were too prudish to put it into words. I don't know. But I'm fairly certain that mouth-to-mouth kissing, no matter how passionate, would not qualify.

I don't see anything in the Nevada statutes to this effect. The age of 14 is not used in this context, as far as I see. 16 seems to be the age of consent.

Probably. But the cop was probably had your interests at heart. Crime or not, you could really mess your life up.

My main curiosity is Can I be charged with anything? Or be in trouble with the law at all?

Could you be prosecuted just for that? No, I don't think so.

Could you get in trouble for what you might have done next? That would depend upon what exactly you did next.
