Everyone in the neighborhood is fed up with the neighbor that has gambling going on in his home 2 nights a week. It starts about 3p.m. and goes till 6 or 7 a.m. Some nights they get very loud and wake up the children in the other houses in the neighborhood. There is a 2 hr parking law on the street and the street is narrow. The cars line the street and no one can park in front of their own home. They have two minor children in the house and there is definitely drinking going on. Our house being across the street has received damage to our lawn and solar lights being run over as people use our drive to back into to let people out or to turn around. No one want to say anything because they are all afraid of retaliation. We woke today to 3 or more ft of ice shoveled into our driveway approach. It wasn't the city plow truck that did it. My husband is disabled and couldn't remove the ice. We are all just stymed at what to do.

If you have tried talking to your neighbor about the problem and that has not helped I would start maintaining a written log of the times of the problems and I would call your local police department about the problems next time it arises, so that the police will respond, which should resolve the problem.

You can always hire a lawyer and get everyone in your neighborhood to file a class action lawsuit against your neighbor, but you will need facts, times, amounts to repair the damages, pictures, etc... to make your case strong.
