I have checked the tubes in back and there is water running through the tube going to the water dispenser but there is no water going to the ice dispenser. What can I do?

If there is no water in the tube that feeds the ice maker, then I would suspect the valve. It is probably behind a small panel at the bottom (back) of the fridge. Look for where the water line from the house goes into the fridge, and the valve should be close by. Replacement is fairly easy for an experienced DIYer.
