OK here it goes I missed my period in January I had tender, swollen breast and had a feeling I was pregnant but today I started bleeding with a little back pain, breast is not sore any more. Looks like am having a period. What could this be?

Sounds like you are just having a period. It's not unusual to miss a period every once in a while. Even for the most regular woman.
