Hello Experts,
I was in US for only 3 weeks on H1B Visa. Due to this short duration, I could not get my SSN no. even though I had applied for one.
Since I had earned wages there on H1B status, I want to file the tax returns and claim the dues. Is it possible to file tax returns without reference of SSN.
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
KSP

You can file the tax return. Attach W-7 (ITIN application) with your tax return.
