My baby's father has not been in her life or contributed anything since she's been born. The few times that he has been over he's always drunk and wants to start drama. We haven't been to court for custody rights and he doesn't pay child support. He's got a job but spends every dollar on himself for alcohol or whatever he wants, but never gets anything for our child. I want to protect my child from being hurt by him, he's always harassing me and threatening me, I want to leave the state to feel safe and secure for me and my child.
