Weird very sore lump on back right lower section of my head. Two days later a new one just off the side. A day later a new one about two inches above my right ear. No open wound, but peanut sized lumps are very sore. Lite head ache and sore neck muscles. Like if I had slept wrong and my neck is out of adjustment? I'm starting to get worried.

I strongly suggest seeing a doctor. If these are frequent, and HURT, be safe and get a professional opinion.

We can only speculate on here. I would say a Cyst.. but I could not know for sure.
