I am a truck driver,I just changed companies in Dec,now my boss says I failed the drug test,tested possitive for THC,how can that be when I don't smoke pot?? All the other companies I have talked to sat it's on my record,this company will not retest me,I have been driving for 9 years and have never failed a drug test before now,I DO NOT DO DRUGS!! How can I get this removed??

You can obtain a test on your own. Would recommend a hair test. Additionally, you should notify the laboratory of their error. In fact, there are a number of agencies that can be contacted and a chain of paperwork that can be implemented. The main factor is to obtain a separate test.
