I went to 2 hair clinics and both costs like 7000-10000 us dollars for 6 months. The first one was pretty new and I think the doctor was more into getting me to buy the products rather than curing it the second one. I thought it would be good since my friend was in the hair treatment course for 4 months, though it worked but the hair only grew like 10 millimeters. I do have a bald genetic, but I was so stressed, I'm also suffering from insomnia and I like to use hot water to wash my hair. When I was 16 my hair was so thick almost afro and now Im starting to have frontal hair loss. So is there anything I can do I mean I at least want to have a nice healthy hair till 20. I mean Im only 18 it should at least cover some frontal baldness

It's genetics. Hot water, no. Stress, yes, but not in a receding pattern. So you are stuck with heredity, and need to either be proud of a bald head (and your charming personality), or do further research into cheaper options. Save your money for the down payment on a condo or a Porsche.

Let's see... Yul Brynner, Telly Savalas, the guy on Pawn Stars, several athletes...

Take B12 and make sure you are eating lots of leafy green veggies, fruits, and also eating foods on the B12 list.
