If a bank employe gives my personal bank statements to for (ex: my mother) without my consent, can I prosue any legal action??

The initial answer is yes... you can sue a bank. Now regarding your situation, it depends. Is your mother on the account with you? Meaning, is she a joint signer or authorized user of the account. If she is, then she has every right to copies of those statements and you have no valid complaint. If she is not, then I suppose you could sue the bank, but what retribution would you be looking for? Did you lose any money as a result of this? Do you feel threatened in any way? You could close your accounts if you feel like your money could be threatened. You could just go to the president of the bank and file a complaint or even go to the FDIC to file a complaint. It would be a long drawn out process to try to sue them. You would need to be able to prove that you never gave any authority to give the statements out and you would need to prove the damages that were inflicted on you as a result.
