I was told I had pcos years ago. Not really been treated for it. I went to the er the other day and they said I still had cysts. I have a lot of facial hair too and rarely get a period. Could it at all possible be anything other than pcos? And if pcos is treated, will facial hair go away?

Sure, it's possible that it's something else. But it's likely that it's pcos, especially since you were already told that you have it.
Check out SoulCysters.com: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) Treatment & Resources (http://www.soulcysters.com) for tons of info about pcos.

You need to get treated for the pcos. When your hormones are under control (birth control pills will be likely) then the extra hair growth will probably stop. I would just have it waxed in the mean time. Take care of yourself.
