Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some idea's and info on a thesis topic in relation to Human Resource Mgmt and/or Labor relations. Bit of background first, I'm originally from Ireland and came to the United States in 2005 to study. Last year I had the opportunity to study in China as part of a dual program with my masters degree. So as you can see I have a pretty varied background and have being exposed to different cultures ad ideals. Any suggestions or concrete leads would be amazing. Many thanks :)

The hottest topic out there is the one on Health Care Reform. How Human Resources manages the employee benefits especially the health care would be an interesting topic in these times.

Another hot topic in Human Resources right now is Generation y. The younger generation coming into the workforce. They are quite different in how they think and in their needs as employees than the other generations have been.
