I just spent 2 hours TRYING to replace a Peerless Soultions kitchen faucet stem , seat and springs. 1 blood blister and really aggrevated I have no leaks but no water either. And yes fellows I remembered to turn the water back on. The only way I can get the water to move is start removing the stem while the water is on, then wow it works :(
Thinking maybe the sold me the wrong stem but looks like the old one. Any thoughts??

Spin the aerator at the end of the spout out and see if it is clogged. If so, run water and clean the aerator screens... see image.

If that is not the issue then try rotating the new stem assembly 180 and reinstalling it.

Let me know what happens, OK?

Well I found a clog on the other side. Not the one I had to buy the stem for. Would have never guessed that a clog from the side that was working would cause the other side to not. It was under the stem on the cold water side. Once I got the clog ( calcium maybe ? ) it worked. YEA :) thank you for your help!!
