My 2001 Integra GSR is not starting now. It cranks but will not crank all the way over. I can hear the fuel pump turn on and I can smell the unburnt gas being pumped into the motor. The check engine light goes off upon start up like normal and the main relay is working properly.

The car has been sitting for about 4 months since the last time I drove it and before that it started normally unless I let it sit for more than 2 weeks I would then have to jump it to start it. There also seems to be a parasitic draw some where but I have been unable to trace it to anything, I've checked all fuses, stereo, etc. I replaced the battery because the old one was toast and would not hold a charge, alternator is about 2 years old, plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter are about 1 1/2 years old.

The motor is semi-built with P&P head, Supertech Titanium Valvetrain, ITR Cams, new timing belt (maybe 9,000 miles on it), Cometic head gasket, Skunk2 pro IM, port matched Professional Products TB, Tri-y headers, 2.5 inch cat-back. Was running a chipped obd1 ecu but swapped it out to the old OBD2 so I could go through emissions but I kept throwing a code for my o2 sensors, got that replaced and code went away. After that the car has been sitting since.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if it cranks but does not start:
