We were an unmarried couple who bought a home together. She left after I gave her 1500 dollars to sign the quit claim deed with ownership solely to me. I agreed to refi the house before the end of 2010. Unfortunately, I lost my job and now behind in payments. She claims she can and will make me sell the house by partition. She also says she will sue me for other things she originally agreed to let go that was resolved by the payment of 1500 dollars. Is this possible?

I would say that she can - and should - do exactly what she says she will do. Otherwsie you are suggesting that she should be responsible for paying the mortgage on a house she doesn't own. The best solution here is sell the house ASAP.

As for her sueing you for other items - yes, anyone can sue for anything. Whether she would win or not is impossible for us to say as you haven't given any info on the circumstances here.
