I can't remember the name of this movie that I used to love when I was a kid. I remember that there was a little girl and boy and they were friends with dinosaurs and then this circus creep makes his dinosaur friends into dinosaur monsters and its all about how the little kids help them get back to regular again. Any one know what I am talking about. I watched it in the 90's I think.
