I keep my attic door shut when I sleep because the attic door is connected to my room. So when I wake up its wide open and I hear walking and stomping when I'm sleeping in the attic. + I feel lik I'm being watched when I'm sleeping someone help me:(

I don't believe in ghosts and I do believe in scientific explanations (attic doors open because of changes in temperature and humidity; noises can be wood cracking at night when the temperature goes down.) But I am sympathetic and would suggest first that you GO up in the attic when you hear noises (keep a light on up there) and shout and stomp yourself and tell the 'ghosts' to leave you alone.

I had an extremely vivid dream once. It was one of those dreams where you dream you are lying in bed right where you really are lying in bed, which made it feel very real. I woke up (in the dream) and there was a face staring down at me through a hole in the ceiling. I started sleeping in the living room.
