Pretty much the same answer as for how much makeup you should have... how many can you wear at once? I've never heard of perfume expiring, but you can really only wear one at a time. I used to have tons of body sprays and I always thought I needed more too. Now, I have 3 perfumes. One I keep in my travel bag and two that I received as gifts and I alternate depending on which one I feel like smelling all day. Anything more than what I have now would just be clutter.
Why is it that you seem to keep feeling this need for more, more, more of things?

At 13 you don't need to be "keeping up with the Joneses". Frankly, at 13 you don't need perfume period! What does it matter if other girls have more than you? Why should they even know how much you have?
Trying to top the other guy is a losing battle.

What you want to do is establish a signature fragrance for yourself -- a fragrance that says, "Alicia." My signature is a spicy fragrance. I tried florals of all kinds, but they just weren't me. Now I stick to a family of products that are all the same fragrance -- soaps, shampoo, and talc.
Every few years, when my signature fragrance products run out, I will switch to something else. Like, just recently, I switched to "Baby Magic" products -- shampoo, skin cream, and talc.
