My name is tamekia my period is two weeks & four days late as of today. ive been having sharp pain in my back my lower abdominal & sides have been hurting. My nipples are super sore & this month i've taken two pregnancy tests & they both said not pregnant. I need help i'm very concerned.

1) please do not type in all caps. Not only does it make it difficult to read the posts, it's also considered the equivalent of yelling in text.

2) symptoms are not the most accurate way of determining pregnancy. There's so many other things that can cause identical or similar symptoms that they really don't mean much. It might even be pms and you might just be late. Have you been stressed or had any changes in your diet or exercise? Those are other common things that might delay your cycle. If your period doesn't come in the next week or so, maybe try testing again. Make sure you use first morning urine. If the pain you've been experiencing becomes a problem, I would definitely call the doctor. And if your period doesn't come and the tests continue to be negative, it might be best to call the doctor then too.

Well you deffinatly have the symptoms of being pregnant.
Have you tried going to your doctors and getting a test done?
A blood test is the most accurate.

She also has the signs of pms and plenty of other things aside from pregnancy. And negative pregnancy tests are generally considered a sign someone is likely NOT pregnant, if you're trying to predict pregnancy using "signs"
