Customers interpretations and response regrading a product and it's price are an important influence on marketing price decisions. Preception of price are affected by the degree to which customers are value conscious, price conscious, or prestige sensitive. How would these factors influence the buying decision process for a new home, weekly groceries for a family of five, an airline ticket, and a soft drink from a vending machine.
