He is always watching me. When he gets within hearing distance he will yell about I am not shoveling snow right. We split the driveway he puts show down middle to make a wall when you put more show on top of this sometimes it rolls on his side not on purpose it is just because this was the 4th storm there is still snow from last storm. I was told the condo company does the sidewalks and drive ways but that is not the case. I do the best I can. There are not enough parking places (The builder says each unit should only have 2 cars.) I rent one room of a three bedroom so our unit is three cars maintenance man has 4 and most units have more than 2. Then add the extra cars from company and there is some kind of bible study group so not enough parking. So sometimes I park in front of my unit when I get home at night I have no choice. He starts yelling at me about this but everyone has one time or another done the same thing you don't have a choice. Leave me alone. I don't care when other people park in street. He complains I don't bring the empty garbage can in from the curb early enough sometimes I get home at 930 pm or complains that I don't take the can to the curb every garbage day sometimes there is only one bag It is not his business. You can't say it smells we have been packed in ice since christmas Okay I call him maintenance man for lack of a better word he don't work for a company and he doesn't do or fix anything he just complains an has my key.. He is the person who bought the condo unit next to my landlord. The landlord gave him the key in case something's happens she lives out of state. Its hard to describe but I don't fell comfortable around him. The landlord said he is retired and has too much time on his hands. He is nosey and likes to know everyone's business. But he is doing her a big favor. So she don't know what to do about it. My other 2 roommates don't trust him either but he doesn't confront them like he does to me. When it is my weekly turn to have the driveway I see him out there every day when its my roommates turn for the drive he is not there. We are 3 college students we do inter rotations so sometimes we stay over at other schools. So sometimes I am there alone and I don't feel safe I put a chair in front of the door.

No this is not grounds to break a lease. You can do one of two things, confront to bully whenever he bothers you, bullys do not like to be confronted because they are usually hot air. Or you can file a harassment complaint againist him with the Police.

Call the police, make a record and seek a restraining order,
How many times have you filed a written complaint with the owner.

Have you asked the owner to let you out of the lease because of this
