Not really sure this is the right forum.

I get this intense pressure on forehead, almost right between my eyebrows. It's not exactly painful but it prevents me from concentrating. IT usually happens when I read books or something like that where I am looking at something static for extended periods, happens when I'm wiriting, sometimes when I'm driving, or doing any detailed work. I figure it might have something to do with eye strain, or pressure from my eyes, but it seems a little to high up for that. I don't have any allergies either.

If I press real hard with my knuckle in the center of my forehead, right between my eyebrows, or press down on the bridge of my nose then it seems to relive the pressure a bit. When I do that there is no change in vision and my eyes don't feel any different. If I walk away for awhile, look out of a window or something I can usually go back to what I was doing without any discomfort for about 5-10 min max. Every once in awhile it will start even though I am not doing anything but that is rare. Any ideas, Tylenol or aspirin doesn't seem to help at all.

Do you wear glasses? Have you had your eyes examined recently?

I go twice a year, I don't wear glasses and I am always told that I have perfect vision.
