Maybe she had a stroke. Take her to your vet for a diagnosis.

You definitely need to see a vet.
It could be anything from arthritis and a rotten tooth, to a stroke, to something worse. There's no way for anyone on the internet to be able to tell you what's going on.
Tests need to be run, your dog needs to be looked over, and we can't do that here.
Please take her to the vet. I wish you the best of luck and I hope everything is okay.

Your Datsun? Like the car? Hehe I know you mean a doxie, but I just couldn't help myself.
There are a few things we could all take a guess at, but unfortunately they would be just that. Guesses. We can't examine him, and you need a vet to look at him to give him proper diagnosis and treatment.
