I was trying to figure out how come I get so mad at the littlest thing's ever. I think it started when I was 18 I blew up at my teacher over nothing she was trying to help me with work but I think it was some what caused from my dad having cancer I think when I heard that it scared me. It kind of has gotten worse cause he just passed away 6 months ago I use to never be like this. I was always quiet listen to what people had to say help everyone that I could an it just changed now I get mad at my family an friends even my girlfriend over the stupid little's things ever. An I don't relize what I say to them sometimes it like I forget what I say and Sometime's I feel like I just need to get away just go somewhere for awhile.

I'm sure there is a more lengthy explanation BUT the short version is that anger is an easier emotion than grief. It may very well be easier for you to become angry over nothing than face your grief over your father's illness and death.

Here's another example the other day I went to talk to my girlfriend and I was explaining to her why we needed to change a little an she couldn't hear me an I got mad at that little thing umm one more question could it be from when I was 17 I was being dumb and I decided to hold on to the side of a car with a bicycle an the car was going about 65 n I blacked out and well I kind of hit my head off the concrete an I was all messed up do you think that it could be from hitting my head off the pavement ?
