Our puppy is a shi poo and is 3 months old (born in Oct.) I take it outside directly after eating, after playing and before bed and after bedtime. I also take her out periodically and she only pees. Then I come in and after about 5 min. she poos. She also will poo when I leave the room. I cleaned up 5 messes today and it is only 3:00pm. I am to get rid of her if I can get her trained soon.

Keep her outside until she poos then praise praise praise. Do not berate(you did not mention that so I assume you are not doing it but want to mention it) for accidents.
Also take for walks as walking helps the process along.
Do not leave her alone until she is fully trained. If you can not watch her then put her in her crate. The crate should be only big enough for her to turn around and lay down. This way when she starts to go you can pick her up and take her outside.

In addition to mogrann's advice I'd like to mention that your pup needs lots of exercise and should be walked for 30-60 minutes, preferably a half hour after eating. 5 accidents before 3:00 tells me you should talk to your vet. There could also be a medical issue here. Are her stools firm or runny or what?
