Hate to tell you... but it doesn't work that way.

You have to get your own green card... marrying someone with a green card OR citizenship in an attempt to violate our laws here won't get you a green card. THe government has been wise to that trick for decades... so you didn't dream up a new scam... its well known and won't work.

Go back where you belong until you can do things legally.

And besides this isn't a dating site for the hopelessly unmarriable types.

Ok... save yourself a lot of heartache... getting married to someone here legally isn't a fast track to a green card. It's a something that is NOT true. You could and would get deported THEN you would have a harder time than ever. And trust me... I have been through this process before personally with my wife. Almost 20 years ago... and know people right now who tried this and had their spouses deported after thinking that's all it takes.

Apply for that green card first... then afterwards after you get it and come here when you find the right person marry for love (assuming they are already legal as well.)

Marrying a citizen or green card holder does not change your status... nor does it change the situation for you... it only complicates it more. Trust me... many have found this out the hard way.

No problem. I know the frustration, I was married before I brought her back... and had to bring her back a few years before I intended (my contract ended earlier than expected)... and found out the hard way what the facts really were. And like I said... I know people who are trying to get their spouses and family here legally... and a few who didn't want to do it the right way and ended up with their being deported, one twice and is no longer eligible to apply to come here.

Best to do it the right way... even if it is time consuming. You won't be looking over your back all the time or worrying about when you would be caught.

And that peace of mind is priceless.
