Late 80's or early 90's movie, girl meets guardian angel (that had died from wearig his sunglasses at night and fell into an opened man hole) that makes it so she can see what it would be like if she was a cheerleader instead of her boring self. I think she also tries being super smart and also a punker chick. She just wakes up and has a whole new life each time. Anyone?
