I need directions on what product to use and how to use it to fix the crack.

Solid surface can't be filled , it will only crack again. To repair this situation requires a V shaped to be routed out and then a new matching piece to be glued in , as in new fabrication.
This should be done by a trained SS installer, not someone unfamiliar with the joinery.

For a tempoary repair you can use Super Glue. Also if you drill a very small hole at each end of the crack this wills top the crack from spreading. There are companies that specialize in repairing/renewing solid surface. I would contact where you purchased the counter for a referral.

First off you need to know what you have. Is it a counter an island or a peninsula. You will need a way to clamp it. Is it at or near the sink? They make crack and seam filler for each type. You will also need a sander and orbital. There are a lot of questions before you can even start to do a repair. Then you will need a friend who owns a cabinet shop shop that works with solid surface or a counter top guy as a friend as you just can not go to the store and buy the repair materials.
