Started last summer. Loader will turn to the left all the way, will only turn 1/3 of the way to the right. Now it is winter, loader will start, will run, bucket will operate, loader will not drive. Have let it run several hours to warm up, tried to heat it... will not move. Any help would be great... it just won't stop snowing.
