I have a 10 yrs old debt from credit card and I about to buy a house can those debt collector put a lien on house

Usually the SOL on such a debt is between 4-6 years. However, what you may think is 10 years old may not be that long.

They cannot put a lien on your house unless they obtain a judgment. But they may have obtained a judgment and just not exercised it.
