I have a motor made in Taiwan and has no wiring diagram or manual. It is a 110/220 volt single phase. It has 4 wires: white, black, yellow, red. It has a sticker on it that it is currently wired 220. Can anyone help me as to the wiring for 110?

Would you please let us know the information on the motor nameplate?

Output 2 hp, 60 hertz, amp 24/12, phase 1, pole 2, class a, serial no 00103. It currently has the yellow, black together. White and red are free.

There is no established color code for motors, each manufacturer uses their own. Best you can do is find the manufacturers datasheet for the motor, you need to make and model number, or contact the manufacturer.
Generally a dual voltage motor will have two armature coils, wired in parallel for 220 and in series for 110 volts. If you know how to use a continuity tester, you can ring out the two coils to learn which pair of wires is for each coil, and connect them properly.

Thank you for your help, I do have a general Knowledge of electrical concepts and will try this. When purchasing the motor I did not see the wiring diagram outside. My bad for not looking inside. Will let you know how it comes out.
