Came to usa in Aug 2007...
Had no income for year 2007... so didn't file 8843 for 2007 in 2008
Had no income for year 2008... so didn't file 8843 for 2008 in 2009
Had no income for year 2009... but did file 8843 for 2009 in 2010
Had income in 2010... and everything is alrite from here onwards

Is there anything I could do for 2007 and 2008 for not filing 8843 form

You are NOT in trouble; it is a common error.

Download the Forms 8843 for 2007, 2008 and 2009 from www.irs.gov, complete them, sign them and mail them to the IRS Center in Austuin, Texas. Better late than never.
