It does not change to channels more than channel 32

Do you mean "channel up" will not go past 32 or that if you press 33 on the remote that it won't go to that channel? Are you on cable?

Any additional info could be helpful in finding an answer.

Cable company may have a Trap that blocks above channel 32?
Like above, can you enter the channels manually?
