I just got an Email from my lawyer, he told me that a child that I know for sure is not mine, the test results were opened in an office and not in the court room. My question is, is that legal to open a secured paternity DNA document in an office and not in the court room? Where is the rights, to have an important document opened by a non official person from some community service agency.
Thank You

This is not a game show on TV or Oprah where they bring a sealed letter to be opened, your attorney and their attorney would or should have received copies of the result, they open it and know how to proceed in court.

They don't have everyone sitting in court and bring in a sealed letter.
