We just adopted a puppy, 18 months, He was neutered on Monday, we got him the following Sunday. We have now noticed when he goes the bathroom, there is a bit of blood mixed in. He also goes every few minutes, not a lot, little puddles. When I take him out he goes normally. When I asked the people I got him from, they said he never had accidents in the house. I'm getting concerned and trying to get the people to call the vet that did the surgery

It sounds like it could be a bladder or Urinary tract infection. Unfortunately there isn't much we can offer beside to take him to the vet. In the mean time offer plenty of fresh water and have it available 24/7.
