This is a black and white movie, which I believe came out in the 50s or early 60s. What I remember about it is that it concerns a disturbed boy, who acts out violently. The most vivid thing I can remember about it is that he has a recurring nightmare in which the people he meets and becomes involved with, such as a therapist, are beheaded by a giant clock, in which their heads are numbers.
