Hello,

I am on H1B and my wife is in india. We got married on nov 2010.
Which is the best option below

1 - Can I file for married jointly or married separately.

Please advice.

Almost for sure, filing jointly is the best course of action, even it will take a bit of work to make it happen with your wife in India.
