I tried to set up payment plan they said I would have tp wait till the day of court and call the lawyer that day to set up payment do I still need to go to court I'm thinking if I don't the lawyer will add all kinds of fees

If you don't go to court they will get a default judgment and they won't need to go for a settlement,
