I have a friend who is wanting to visit her family in Texas. She would be flying from Illinois to there. She is currently out on bail and her restrictions state she cannot leave the state. I am worried she may get caught. My question is will the airport know she is on bail while she goes through all the precedures before the flight? Thank you for any insight you may have.

Hello M:

I've wonder too, what's on those Homeland Security Computers at the airport... Then I've considered all the ZILLIONS of $$$'s they've been given... Then I consider why they WOULDN'T want information on people... Then I consider whether they COULD have that information.. Then I consider that Homeland Security cops are just like any other cops, in that they LOVE to bust people... And, finally, I consider that they're not playing donkey kong on those computers..

So, maybe she won't get caught... and maybe she will. But, here's the clincher... I'll bet the court will GRANT her permission to travel... Then she doesn't have to worry.

And then maybe the bail bondsman won't pocket the deposit.
